Our Team

Rose is Don’s partner in life and business, and she too has been with TMG since its inception in 1987. Her career began in the field of public education. After earning a Doctorate in Education from Rutgers University, she served on the adjunct faculty of Rutgers University School of Education. She also worked for the NJ Department of Education in the role of Director of the NJ School of the Arts. As a clever and insightful thought partner, she keeps our business on the rails and provides creative and executable solutions to obstacles that would derail nearly anyone else.

Rose is a Certified Professional Coach and member of the International Coach Federation and has been a guiding force to a wide variety of companies in a coaching and leadership development capacity. Her unique ability for listening, paired with a knack for cutting to the chase provides her clients with no-nonsense, practical outcomes.
